Try with the above settings and see if it helps...
Type dxdiag, go to Display Tab
Then you should be able to see which version of direct X is installed, and enable it if not done.
Else, press Windows + R on your keyboard, and then type devmgmt.msc
It will open device manager. Go to Display adapter, right click on you display adapter and click on update device software. That should update your display driver if it isnt updated.
These might fix your issue.
