I understand the various reasons for not able to join the lobby, but I don't think I have met any criterion. Please look into this issue

Please use a Windows Operating System if you want to play in the New Player Lobby.

I can't use wine on ubuntu? I had been using that for a while now.

It won't work for the New Player Lobby, as people are using that technology to bypass their bans.

Hello BilluTheGreat.

You could join our Medieval Siege, Custom Scenario, Intermediate or Casual Lobby to play either for fun or competitively.
