Iam a new player, but I reached 1400 points because in some games other teams players lost connection. Iam exactly 1400, but it was luck.
My friends play in the New Players Lobby. Is there a possibility for me to have one more chance in New Player Lobby? Iam learning how to play, so I would thank very much.

You wont be unbanned from NPL. Please play in our other lobbies like casual or intermediate if your just playing with friends. If your actually trying to improve try our Medievalval Siege lobby.

With 43W-13L I think you are not a New Player at all, you are just a "low skilled" one.

Go for MS You have the ability to improve and eventually get a good player for real.
