As far as opening multiple lobbies I assume doing the below to fix this.
Navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Voobly\Voobly
Look for a key string named 'AutoJoin'. It has all your autojoin lobbies separated by '||'. Delete them all and you should be fine.

Creating a new account wont help your case. Please play in our Casual Lobby or Medieval Siege lobby.
