it keeps getting disconnected and reconnects then get stuck on downloading update (unkown)…. its been like downloading for nearly an hour now? please advise

Delete every downloaded Voobly Mod from here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires II\Voobly Mods\AOC

You can also try a clean installation of the client: [You must login to view link]
