DOES NOT RECOGNIZE ME PORTS 16000

The UPNP DMZ is disabled both in voobly and in the router, I have the firewalls disabled. What have I done wrong? I keep getting that I don't have port 16000 activated. Could you help me?

Hi,

Try disabling your UPnP and DMZ.
