Not able to join any aoe game

When game starts it always shows version 1.0c hence cant join any game.
Tried all of below :
Manually installed 1.5RC
Reninstalled game from local setup file
Reinstalled Game from steam
Restarted voobly
Restarted PC

Please help

If you are trying to install Steam’s AOE2HD you need to follow the instructions here:

I’m positive you haven’t installed the Compatibility Patch yet. At the end of the guide you will find the manual installation of it.
