Eot vs Chile + sU
So tell me all this. None of this was relayed to me. Camp has a direct line to me. I would have granted a postponement if anyone actually bothered to ask for it. Instead all I get was swagstar and bek talking, and played along. Did people really think I was serious about swagstar being a legitimate player in a tournament final? There was never going to be a replacement.
The only facts available to me at the time were that it looked like you rage quit the tournament and that your team jumped straight to trying to cheat the rules. I let the loser set play on so that if it turned out I was somehow wrong then the finals could continue and I would have 100% allowed for a different format for the grand finals.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
As a final note, don't worry if you are upset with my hosting, I'm finished now and won't be doing anymore for the foreseeable future.
After the end of the first match of "****s -vs- Strong Microwaves", 6 minutes and 37 seconds had elapsed before player "Swaglaris" - the room lobby's host, upped myself (SwagStar) in the absence of team "****s" player Zorat. Barreh immediately demanded I play as Zorats replacement, despite my plea that my internet was lagging and I did not want to jeopardize the integrity of the tournament by knowingly playing in a game I would lag. A request to have a substitution capable of lag-free play was declined, and Barreh then immediately disqualified team "****s".
Zorat did not expect a Smosh tournament to extend over 3 hours, and this judgement is not unreasonable. He had non-negotiable commitments he was required to attend, and thus was forced to make a decision. Not wanting to ruin the entertainment of the tournaments many spectators, or letdown his team-mates, he selflessly and harmlessly gave temporarily access to his account to a lesser-skilled player in the spirit of not disrupting Barreh's tournament. Zorat and team ****s were then disqualified, and served life-time bans from future tournaments.
Some key points;
- xCs was DQ'd after 6 minutes and 37 seconds despite rules clearly stating 15 minutes being allowed, and the opponent team also having delays (Marvel eating dinner). Evidence of incredibly trigger-finger abuse towards xCs.
- Barreh forced team "****s" to only allow SwagStar as the replacement, full knowing he was unable to play due to a lag risk that would render the game unplayable. It is also not far fetched that Barreh and Swaglaris coordinated the stunt of upping SwagStar to create this spectacle.
- Zorat acted in good faith when faced with the options he was given, and chose to risk his account's termination in the spirit of continuing the smooth execution of Barreh's tournament. He was served a permanent tournament ban by Barreh for this selfless action.
I hope this response can help even the playing field of any viewers of this topic clouded by the anti-xCs propaganda of the previous several posts. It is our conclusion the only correct action that could be taken to mitigate the damage that has been done to xCs is to re-admit team "****s" into the final.

Well this is sad to hear.
You know i haven't always been your biggest fan, but imo you made the right calls on this one and you're not to blame.

Its not because of what happened in this tournament. This might all change if my own personal circumstances do.

Everyone who was there knows the actual facts, and everyone knows that almost nothing you've written is factual (even your own clans story contradicts yours in this thread), which is why you're the only one still crying.
You're really trying to spin the wrong narrative by acting like barry is some bias eot fan lol. I think most people feel barry took the right decisions on the night, but perhaps banning these players from future tournie's isn't necessary as they are all strong players who im sure most of us would like to see in future tournaments, but barry's the host and that's his decision.
Only semis and finals though.
Im playing this for year, and when i rage quit a game? When i get mad playing here? Never did it.
We all playing to have fun, no point in rage quit or get mad.
Keep doind your good job man.
Sorry about not telling you what real happening.

Fact is somebody got caught for sharing and now you're complaing about it? Be happy people are taking the time to host tournaments and do things for CS. Thank you Barry, Frankie and Henri. Meanwhile RM continues to grow. Well done having attitudes like this that keep CS from gaining players.
So we're back to earlier CS days? That didn't take long.
