When I launch AOE III Asian Dinastys from Voobly, its appears an error: Application error 0xc0000005. This generate a d3d9.dll in the bin games carpet. Until i dont delete this file, I cant play offline also.

Where did you get the game from? Seems like you did not install it correctly. Uninstall and delete your existing game setup and then begin by installing the game from its original installer (CD/DVD) that you may have purchased. If you are unable to play the game offline, you won't be able to play it on Voobly either.
