MOST of the time. The game starts, and there's nothing but the initial starting units idle.
The downloaded recs from voobly show the same broken recs.
Is there any fix to this? Never had this sort of problem with EE recs. Only voobly.
Check the Patch/Mod you set in your Game Room are the same that were used in that game.
