Its kinda hard to arrange another custom tourney while TIIW is running especially when trying to pick a date because we dont know when scheduled games are. Now im assuming and what would be likely that alot of the players in TIW would like to play also, it would certainly help swell the numbers. I base this also on the fact that alot of the players in the current TIW are those who tend to play in all tourneys.
Personally im hoping to do a desert and hf tourney after TIW though obviously no idea when.
Cba and Cba hero tourney its not a bad idea, im old player who has played lot of cba games, i was on really good lvl at 2014 then i left Age of Empires. I come back in October 2018 to play again Age but Cs was dead at that time, so i start playing again but this time in Rm Lobby i come back to play some Cs games like 3 or 4 months ago but im not motivated to take the game like befor(2010—2014) but for my a Cba or Cba hero tourney would motivated me to train and play hard again In Cs. CBA 2v2/3v3 sounds nice, too many CBA 2v2/3v3 games lately so many people might play. But if it is going to be hosted it needs to be hosted right after TiW or 1 week before TiW finals before everyone stops playing again 11

I was planning a CBA Hero tournament but currently I think it's better to let TIW run without any interference.
I will host one after TIW or when TIW will be in its last stages. Will ask nhoobish about the TIW schedules.

unless there's gonna be some kind of special setting i dont think you will get any different/unexpectable/unpredictable result from a cba/hero mirror tournament, and its gonna be most likely a showmatch that you can watch atleast once in a covid-day so... whats the point hosting cba tourney?
is host included into the posibilities of quitting forever?
