Nowadays CS activity has really increased and i think CS clans ladder will make things really interesting.
I know it had some problem, but can it be fixed?
let's bring it back, what say?

Main reason Voobly got rid of CS - Clans due to restrictions having stats based on a clan not a specific player. One example, we couldn't reset matches, just to name one. Would be nice to have though it it was bug free.
