problema con el lobby/cliente

bueno hace unos meses instale voobly todo genial, ningun problema pero con el tiempo ahora cuando entro a voobly inicia normal pero al entrar a un lobby este se pone muy lento y deja de responder dejandome como unica opcion finalizar el proceso llevo dias buscando solucion pero solo me encuentro la misma respuesta

"instalacion limpia de voobly"
"instalacion limpia de age of empires II"

no me funcionaron me gustaria saber si tienen otra solucion?

porfavor esto me tiene con mucha frustracion.
