Please try restarting your router/modem and computer once. If it still does not work, try using your mobile hotspot for testing purposes. In most cases the error message you are seeing is a temporary problem. Let us know if the problem persists.

I have tried several times both yesterday and today, restarting modem, pc and either using my mobile hotspot but the problem remain the same...
