some times, when game launch.. game start and AOE get open... but some times i have to resume lobby at launch and join again.. for make aoe start..

why this happen and how i solve it?

Hi and welcome to the Technical Support, From reading i assume your game doesn't launch some of the times correct? You basically wait for the game to launch and it wont? In that case there could be multiple reasons. We can try to solve the simplest one by making sure your anti-virus isn't impacting the age2_x1.exe.
