i write this complain because i ve some problems with voobly, as for example the cliente freeze when i enter in the room, and i can't join the 1st time i come in the lobby ( i need to rejoin room, when the game is gonna be start etc.)
do somebody help or give me some type to solve it?

Can you please upload the screenshot of your game diagnostic?

The "freeze" you get when you first join a room is the NAT Handshake; it can take about 1-60" to complete.

Please try the following:
1) Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires II\SaveGame\Multi
2) Delete all *.mgs and *.msx in that directory except the Multi.txt.
Hope it works
-Windows version
-VPN(If you are using any)
-Firewall or antivirus (If you are using such software's)
-CPU/RAM
In the mean time also run "Network Diagnostic" within the lobby browser and post your results
