I am facing a strange problem here.
First time I opens Voobly it connects to RM/DM lobby successfully
but when I play a game and quit from the game after it ends i can't get in the lobby again and i shows this message :
Quote:
Network Connection Error [Code: 20000001]. Connection errors are typically caused by a temporary server outage, a firewall, or a problem with your internet connection. If it's been a long time since you've connected to Voobly it's recommended that you redownload the client from the website.

I searched a lot about this problem but found nothing.
I have firewall disabled both in my laptop and router.
I have open ports at 16000 , 16001 and 2300-2400.
what the code 20000001 means , I have no clue where to direct myself to solve this problem.
Also you can notice that my home page is broken, like it doesn't load the whole page.

One thing that worked when I used VPN, but it makes the game too slow and laggy so this solution does't suit me.

Can you please post a screenshot of your NAT configuration? (16000-16000 UDP)
Please make sure your Ipv4 adress is correctly assigned to the rule.

Make sure no VPN is in use, disabling or uninstalling the application and rebooting the PC is required.

Firewall

1. Locate: System and Security -> Windows Defender Firewall > Allowed Applications
2. Find Voobly and tick the boxes for public and private
3. Save by pressing OK.

If you have a different router, swap it out and see if it makes any difference. Another suggestion is to give your ISP a call and see what they say about it :)

Assuming you followed my instructions, what information did your ISP provide you with?
