and I do not mind if that they will also put very strict sanctions too
We have consolidated our game policies. For example we no longer differ between Spawn or Store Blocking, Exploiting Map Bugs or Refusing to Continue, this is now a General Game Violation. Same goes for general Point Trading, Resigning games, Refusing to Play, OOS and so on. This is now called Rating Manipulation. We also added more examples, to explain those policies.
