I have the exact same problem as before in this thread:

now out of the blue this error shows up when the game is launching (see image)
i literally used the same instalation folder for over 10 years.
second image shows "all fine"

and "SOLVED: After uninstalling voobly and re-installing voobly client it works." is a temporaly fix. It works 2 or 3 games and then it fails again.
Some times it is bad for other palyers since i'm not able to join games have to reinstall and then come back online.

My advice is to install Voobly and the game in it's default path to avoid hassle. That also means you will need to use a legal version of the game.

It's again, the best advice I can give

i have both legal version and the deffault path, i used a coppy and now i use the original one. both times it fails

Make sure Voobly also detects your legit copy by opening the game diagnostics and locate C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games.
To do so, simply change the name of the old pirated versions folder and restart Voobly.
