Non-DirectPlay game path is 'c:\program files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\common\Age2HD'
Verifying 'ebueulax.dll' exists...
Verifying 'age2_x1\age2_x1.exe' exists...
Verifying 'language_x1_p1.dll' exists...
Verifying 'Sound\music.m3u' exists...
Verifying 'data\graphics.drs' exists...
Verifying 'c:\program files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\common\Age2HD\age2_x1\age2_x1.exe' exists...
Success!
Voobly path is 'c:\program files (x86)\voobly'
Game version is ''
Failure! Expected 1.0C


I have installed the compatibility patch and copy and pasted everything in the Age2HD folder. I am getting a "Failure! Expected 1.0C" error.

Upon installing the patch a folder called
You must login into Voobly to view image
age2_x1 will be created in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Age2HD.

This folder contain the converted version of the game (
You must login into Voobly to view image
age2_x1.exe) along with other important files.

When you copy and paste single files over it's likely some are missing. My suggestion is to follow this Step-by-step guide: [You must login to view link]
