Looking to get my AoM visual mod back (approved) titled Villagers Carry Mod

Been a while since I've tried to upload a mod but my question is: Is the mod system like the Extended Edition where you upload just the files for the mod and they install themselves? Because I think I made the mistake of uploading a .zip file.
