Hello, new to Voobly,

I just downloaded Voobly today and wanted to make switch from Steam platform.

I followed the tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTgb8NII0UM

Everything went smoothly, but once i tried to start a game, following message popped up (see attachment)

Anyone has idea how to solve this problem?

Hi mate,

First thing about third part tools, using them is on your own risk and we do not support. The tool it is not affiliated with Voobly.

To play Aoe2HD here on voobly you don't need any third part tool, you only need aoe2hd version from steam and the compatibility patch, all this things you can find here in this guide: [You must login to view link]

Before performing the new installation, uninstall the tool and the game.

Hi, thanks for answer, i did everything up until step 17. After that it shows the following, after recconection it switches to downloading update and it stays at 100%...

Any ideas?

Please go check in your Aoe2HD main folder, if you see a folder called "New Folder", in case there is, copy all you see in that folder, and paste it in the previous path, wich is the Aoe2HD main folder.

Then restart voobly and let me know if you have still issues.
