juego comprado en steam y no puedo unirme a voobly

compre recientemente el juego aoe 2 hd en steam pero no puedo cocnectarme a voobly me pide que instale un pacht para resolver el problema de compatibilidad pero le he hecho varias veces y sigo teneindo el mismo problema me puedo conectar con voobly pero aparece que no tengo instalado el juego como lo puedo arreglar?
esto es lo que me duce el diagnostico del juego

La ruta del juego Non-DirectPlay es 'd:\newfolder\SteamApps\common\Age2HD'
Verificando 'ebueulax.dll' existe...

e tratado de instalarlo varias veces pero nada pasa, siempre el mismo error

You need the compatibility patch, that you can find right here: [You must login to view link]

Click on download patch, once it's finished double click on it, and install in the Aoe2 HD folder.
