Falla al restablecer contraseña

Los usuario Valtasar y usuario Ataban. Le fueron bloqueadas las cuentas al intentar reestablecer contraseña. Al recibir el mail de restauración el link falla y no le da acceso. Pasos a seguir para resolverlo el problema?
