spectator speed "decreased" unintentionally

I have a problem with spectating in voobly games. (spectating them LIVE while they are played)
My game seems to "autoreduce" the speed without noticing and i end up some minutes slower than other spectators (i tested it with friends on the same room).
Then im forced to push FAST FORWARD button to get into the "live" (+spectator delay) time of the match .
I have wk and standar CD version of the game. The CPU is never full usage and i play fine in voobly both 1p and multiplayer without problems even on 8v8 200pop matches.
I have the game "executed as admin" and i tried everything (priorizing the process, compatibility...)
any solutions? thanks!

I have similar problem after windows 1903 patch update.

any solution ?

Please update to Windows 10 version 21H2. Your current Windows 10 version 1903 is end of life (EOL).

I found cause of issue. I was using 2nd screen as an extended screen. If I just use my 2nd screen as a copy there is no delay. Would be nice though if I could use it extended, I could spec a game and also watch some tv at the same time with my laptop.
