Can't visit voobly web-site from home network

Hi, I can't visit voobly.com, or download any mods from the site. The problem disappears if I'm using a VPN to my university in the same city. The website won't load on mobile either. I can play games as usual and the messenger works as well. The eroor message i get is ERR_TIMED_OUT and it says that www.voobly.com took too long to respond.

I have a similar problem which started a week ago. I have tried three different devices and Internet browsers and none has worked. All other web pages work perfectly. I can access voobly.com only with my phones' mobile data.
