Trying to Install Voobly

My voobly.exe file was broken for some reason, I decided to uninstall and reinstall voobly and I'm getting the error message: An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory: MoveFile failed; code 5. Access is denied.

Download [You must login to view link]and perform a Threat Scan + a Full system scan (Custom Scan > Select all drives). Remove all entries and reboot. Your problem should now be fixed.
