Can't log into the client

I've recently installed Voobly but I can't log into the desktop client at all. I've been getting an error that says "Lost connection to the server. Bad username or password", yet I've checked that both are correct. Any ideas?

HI, well, your username or password is incorrect, remember that the password is different if you type it with uppercase or lowercase.
