Please perform this :
https://support.voobly.com/display/vkb/KB1053+Clean+installation+of+Voobly+client
If you have a firewall, please configure it like this :
https://support.voobly.com/display/vkb/KB1035+How+to+configure+Windows+Firewall+to+play+on+Voobly
Make sure to follow all steps.
Then if you have any antivirus, please try to add an exclusion/exception to the Voobly folder.
After all of this, try opening Voobly and test.
So it was the firewall ? Is your issue resolved ?
