The problem apears in TG's and in 1v1's

Then try to start the game in [You must login to view link] before multi.
I reinstalled the hole game without any mods.
Some of the options u propose in your post like start in window mode are greyed out. I run the diagnostics tool and it said no problems

Can you provide your game diagnostics ? You can find it in your lobby above -> Options -> Game Diagnostics -> Begin scan.
