thats what i have done to make it work if anyone have same issue like me https://www.voobly.com/games/lobby/64 click the link will bring you to the room and a patch download pop up download it and im on now
updated: the way im using it right now opening vb by website(dont know open vb app already install) log on with website it will ask you to open vb app so that way you will have your friend list on. if you open your vb app first you wont able to see your friend list. it will still keep reconnecting even you are already in room. meanwhile wait for vb next upgrade hope they can have things fix. have fun!

by change setting to obtian DNS server address automatically
