Are you using any VPN or proxy server while on Voobly?
Are your clan members from the same geographical location/ region as you are? (possibly also using the same ISP?)
Just to be clear, this has nothing to do with them being in your clan. I would suggest you to change your NAT port to something else (say 27000) instead of the default 16000. You can do this from within Voobly settings.
Yes, i use vpn. I use vpn since 1 year and never had this problem. So, since 4 days. I can change the port, no problem, in fact, i had it. But whitout success. In my clan, only 2 we use vpn. But this problem also have 4 member more. I think that the problem isnt for be clan member, but only have this problem when i play whit they.
