i am unable to change the game settings like rated game and mods after hosting a room.
after changing the settings i needed and clicked ok..its all the same like before.. changes are done...what should i do

try reinstalling the client and then see.

If you are unable to set rate with a datamod, check if the mod is allowed for rated games or not. You can check it by clicking on the mod's name at room settings, and at mod's page you can find at right panel:

Allowed in Rated Games:
Yes or No

In that case the mod's name is not clickable, then you use an unapproved mod, which are all not allowed for rated games. Same goes with patches.
