Since January this has been happening on and off. Voobly disconnects. Sometimes it stops responding and it turns out voobly is down for few minutes to up to 20 minutes sometimes.

Not just me. Other players have had same issue. They had voobly down or disconnecting for them too same time as me. This happened many times in past with intervals of about 1.5 or 2 years. I think its the problem with voobly server's provider.
