no sure i understand that. there are 3? if you get a port response from the modem/router that should be that. try a tracert from the modem/router to the switch.
on the 2nd router/switch, which you can log in to, is the internet connection from the drop down, set to ethernet ?

if you are familiar with it, perhaps but voobly may ban you if you use in a game.
