Just use the following settings below:

Code:

Service Name: Voobly
Source IP: leave blank
Port Range: 16000
Local IP: Your computer's RFC1918 ip-address
Protocol: UDP

only 16000udp needs to be forwarded.
talk to the tech people at the isp, if your wan/internet seen ip is shared, they can forward to your pc.
find your pc private and set it [step1 an dhcp] :https://www.voobly.com/pages/view/134
