Hi.

I'm dropped from voobly every 25-30 minutes, even when internet connection is good and stable. Only happens with voobly.

Does anybody know what may be causing it?

hi
thanks
the game is not installed as recommended.

your game needs to be installed like this depending on the operating system:
1) The game installed similar to this for XP/ Vista/ Win7/Win10.32 bit:
C:Program files/Microsoft Games/Age Of Empires11/

The game installed similar to this for Vista/ W7/ W8/ Win10. 64 bit.
C:Program files[86]/Microsoft Games/Age Of Empires11/
install the game as admin, in compatibility mode for xpsp3.

have you forwarded any ports on your router? whats the make/model number?

Ok, I've installed it properly.

I haven't forwarded any ports, and the router is Alcatel Lucent.

hi
ok
this is a short list of alcatel routers that have a tutorial, others can be found on the net: [You must login to view link]
port 16000udp only.
it may pay you to talk to your isp and see if you are on a shared net ip with other people. if so they can forward that port to your pc through their servers.
