Hi guys i just came back to Voobly and i having fp troubles i Just oppened my ports but every time i make a net diagnostic its show " not fowarded" Would you please help me

I already try with my IPV4 and my subnet mask and its not working what should i do ty

hi
two things:
looks as if you have the router ip 192.168.1.1 forwarded when it should be your pc ip.
dhcp and step1 : https://www.voobly.com/pages/view/134
dont think you should put 16000-16000 in the inbound/local port sections of port forward. just 16000 in each should be the way but you can check your set up for the arris here: [You must login to view link]
