fast poxy issues

Having fast poxy issues. am on the right lines here, any help would be appreciated as i'm really struggling :(

seems like it. would be helpful for the model number of that zte modem.
did they install the box for you? is it dsl or fiber? if dsl did you put in the micro filters?
suggestions
name= anything
protocal=udp
lan host [that is the private ip of your pc] [dhcp and step1: https://www.voobly.com/pages/view/134]
wan start point= 16000-16000
lan host start point=16000-16000
it says on the site to ask them about p/forwarding. you might also ask if your on a shared wan ip with others.
remember to apply/save after altering a router page.

He had router provided from his ISP and he couldn't save the port fowarding so I refered him to contact ISP to foward the port and he messeged me later that everything worked they opened the ports, thanks.
