its looks from the above that part of your problem may be were you installed the game and voobly.
assuming you have a 64bit operating system, your install should be here:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires II\"
and
C:program files[86]/voobly/
if its not like that i suggest you uninstall everything, reboot. then reinstall as shown and try.
