from "add" on the virtual server router page, is it like the screen shot with ipv4 enabled?
you can also untick "wan blocking". apply/save

hi i think if you open the page were upnp is you will see a list. it should be on there.
on the virtual server page you screen shotted, the protocal should UDP not tcp. it also seems to have ipv6 addresses.
