Cannot Spectate WK and Realms

I have WK and downloaded Realms yesterday, but I cannot spectate or view saved games of WK or Realms. it gets stuck on "Loading stream" screen in case of live WK game. But, I CAN spectate live games of AoC. I can play WK of all game rooms, so I think version cannot be the problem. What is the problem?

It is likely you are trying to watch a game that was played with an older version of WK. Try watching a game you played recently.

If it still does not work, take a full screen snapshot of the loading page and attach it to this thread.

If you are trying to watch live games, make sure the version of WK matches with the one of the host.
