This only happens when i'm in 1920x1080 resolution.

So this happens, My Resources are also bugged making them barely visible, Some Unit & Map options are gone and the map itself is slightly bugged and it's more to the center bottom instead of the right bottom.

whats the maximum resolution of your monitor?

Fixed..

Apparently i had set my: Command Bar Position set to Center.
Changed it to UserPatch and it's all good now.
