note getting a notification sound from a new message unless i was alre

So if someone messages me to start a conversation, there's no notification sound. But for any subsequent messages, there will be a notification sound. That's how it seems to work, as far as I can tell. If I close the window, their next message will again be silent.

That's how it is. We should probably add a sound for new messages being initiated but this will have to go in the suggestion list.
