is it okay to have a 3 second delay on commands in a game where everybody had less than 300 ping to me ? like 3 seconds seems to be too much

Even if your connection is perfectly fine, you may find at least one lagger ingame. Unfortunately, if he lags, the whole game is slowed by delayed actions and sometimes, the game stops then continues and so on. I have checked your ping and also your network diagnostics, seems you're okay. Just make sure to advise anyone that you see with FP or high level to solve his issue. But in general, if you play and find all green pings for each player, it will be fine.

yes, if they hadnt it would probably have gone out of sync.
