Cannot change AOE2 game sounds

Hi,

I installed voobly and WK today on a new PC.
I can change the music but not the game sounds. I actually turned it off in the options but its on loudest anyways.
How can I fix the audio files/the problem?

I changed it in Windos (had to set the Volume on 3 of 100 such that I can use Teamspeak meanwhile...)
Would still like to know whats wrong :)
