there are pages of "how to's" on google were you can follow step for step how to set up a firewall

that was my first step...that's how I ended up asking for help in forum...voobly help site doesn't help me...ever....just confuses me sorry

Make sure to follow all steps.

Also, make sure you allowed it through any antivirus, other firewall you have.
