ya abri los puertos los tengo 16000 ademas ya desinstale el firewall ya contacte a soporte con cacha y no e podido solucionar tengo buen internet y buena velocidad y nunca doy lag.

Please check if your private IP of your computer (where you are playing) is matching the IP in the first screenshot. To check your IP, open command prompt and type 'ipconfig' (without quotes).

If your router supports UPNP, make sure it is disabled.

After doing the above, if it still does not work, you may need to contact your internet provider and ask them to unblock your NAT port.
