If your client not change back your language after you set it back, maybe a reinstall requires. (client reinstall not affect your game files such as saved games, recs, mods, hotkeys)

gallas i did it not helping and this happening only when i play beginner lobby ^^

Are you sure you not have any data or local mod which change your language?

Do you have aoeHD with compatible patch? If yes then you may have to reinstall your game as english.
