when I run network diagnostic tools I get the error:

Test Result: Symmetric NAT
Network Health: Poor
Recommended Action: Port forwarding recommended or switch routers. The only port you need to forward is UDP port 16000 on Voobly you do NOT need the direct play ports 2300-2400 and 47624.

What should I do?

The only port you need is 16000 UDP. You can change that through your router.

I did the whole forward port thing, and made all the ports 16000 after making my ip static. Still not working!

hi
whats the make and model number of your router and modem?
have you just changed isp or got a new router/modem? are you one a shared net ip with others?
